  • Shipping Policy

    Shipping for normal orders within US is free as long as you choose ground as your shipping option. All In-Stock items leave our facility within 48 hours so you should have your art in 3-5 business days for orders in the Continental United States.

    We do also ship worldwide. If you are an international customer, once your order is confirmed, you will be contacted by our representative who will give you an exact quote for your art shipment. Please note the quote will not include duties and taxes. In addition, you may pay with international credit cards or PayPal.

    Paintings that are unframed will be sent via courier rolled in a protective cardboard tube. This is completely safe and will cause absolutely no damage to your painting. Once you receive the painting it is ready for mounting or framing.

    *NOTE: When packages are delivered damaged we’ll need you to inform the courier at your end, so they can process the complaint. But, as far as your painting is concerned, if it was damaged beyond repair or lost in transit (both rare occurrences), we’d immediately dispatch a replacement (or paint a new one for you if it was not one we had in stock).

  • Privacy Policy

    We do not share, rent or sell your email address and other information you provided us with any other parties.

    Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.

    With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

    The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the quality of our service, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site.

    If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, please let us know by sending us email at fineartwarehouse@hotmail.com.

    With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

  • Return Policy

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your paintings within 15 days from the original purchase date -- all we ask is that you send the painting and frame back to us in the original box.

    *Please note: Any changes to an item by the customer such as self stretching, self gallery wrapping or self fixing voids the return policy.

    *If a painting is returned damaged and not in its original packaging (with protective corners and box) a fee will be issued against the credit due for the returned item. Not to exceed the full purchase price and no less than 1/2 the value of the item if item arrives in unsellable condition.
